Terms of Service

1. What Cyted is
Cyted measures how AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) describe and recommend businesses. Audits sample real engine answers to buyer-style questions and report share of voice, competitor rankings and recommendations. Results describe what the sampled engines said at the time of the run — engine answers vary between runs, and Cyted does not control or guarantee what any AI engine says about any business.
2. Accounts
You need an account to run audits. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide a working email address. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use it unlawfully.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Free accounts include a limited number of audit runs per month. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe; we do not store your card details. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made after cancellation. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Fair use
Audit runs consume real AI-provider capacity, so plans carry usage limits. You agree not to resell audit output as your own automated service, scrape the product, or run audits against sites with intent to harass or defame their owners.
5. Your content and our output
You retain rights to information you submit. Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use, including sharing report links. Aggregated, anonymised statistics derived from audits (for example, category-level visibility benchmarks) may be used to improve the product and for published research.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Cyted reports what sampled AI engines said; it does not warrant accuracy or completeness of engine answers, nor that acting on recommendations will change your AI visibility or your revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product and apply from the stated date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: hello@getcyted.com.
